ABOUT HEALING TOGETHER

Healing Together is a wellness and self-improvement platform that aims at helping those who are committed to personal growth, heal and transform . The purpose of this space is to help you take charge of your wellness and function at you highest potential. Through our sessions we work on activating prana, life in the body and becoming friends with our mind to unleash our highest potential.

Move in sync with your breath in our morning Yoga sessions and use the power of chants to activate nadis and experience the flow of prana, life through you to connect with your higher self.

Work on releasing negative patterns, limiting beliefs and the negative mind chatter. Learn the secrets to tap into the infinite potential of the mind to put you on the path of growth and success with our mindfulness sessions and learn the art of dialing down the mind chatter with meditation.

Explore new ways to acknowledge, process and express emotions. Play with different modalities such as art, music, movement and drama to find a release for emotions stored in the body.
